Sono sempre alla ricerca di nuove preghiere e spunti per realizzare oggetti devozionali artigianali da aggiungere alla mia vetrina Etsy. Ultimamente mi sono imbattuta nella corona dedicata alla nostra dolcissima Mamma Celeste, trattasi della coroncina della Beata Vergine Maria, molto amata dai Monfortani (Compagnia di Maria). Pare che Maria stessa abbia ispirato a San Louis de Montfort questo particolare rosario, da recitare in onore delle dodici stelle della Sua Corona. La "coroncina delle dodici stelle" infatti è composta da 12 perle per l'Ave Maria, 3 per il Padre Nostro, più ovviamente la croce (o crocifisso) e il centro del rosario. Per crearla ho scelto i colori amestista, viola, bronzo e oro antico. Ho usato delle particolarissime perle in vetro di Murano con avventurina dorata all'interno (le perle sono lavorate nel mio studio) e dei cristalli sfaccettati con effetto aurora boreale.
Al centro del rosario è raffigurata la Madonna col bambino Gesù e la scritta "Servus Mariae Nunquam Peribit", Il servo di Maria non può perire. Sul retro "Caritas Christi - Regnum Mariae".
Un piccola croce ornata color bronzo completa la coroncina.

This chaplet honors the twelve stars in Mary’s Crown, spoken of in Revelation 12, by praying 12 Hail Mary’s, separated by 3 Our Father’s. Particularly loved by St. Louis de Montfort, it is prayed by the Montfortians every morning.
How to pray the chaplet:
On the cross:
Come Holy Spirit, fill the hearts of Thy faithful and enkindle within them the fire of Thy love!
V. Send forth Thy Spirit and they shall be created.
R. And Thou shalt renew the face of the earth.
Let us pray.
O God, Who by the light of the Holy Spirit dost instruct the hearts of the faithful, grant us by this same Spirit to relish what is right and ever to rejoice in His consolation, through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
